As a practice, we work to foster self-compassion and self-worth, despite limiting systemic messages, or internalized patterns.

Evidence Based Approaches

Our team specializes in using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion. Each of these modalities are supported by decades of evidence. Each of our clinicians participates in ongoing education and consultation to ensure that we are providing the best treatment.
